As far as I know, there is no totally simple way to export individual pages from Typo3 for translations. But with a few more clicks, you can do it anyway. Here is how.
Start by clicking on Lists on the left hand navigation. Then choose the page you want to translate. And then click on “Add new record” on the top toolbar.
Choose “L10N Manager Configuration” below Localization Manager.
Now, add a title and export prefix (something simple is fine). Select the checkbox on top of the export list, so that all options are selected. Expect obviously if you only need to translate specific page items.
Now, press the save button on the top navigation.
If you click on L10N Manager on the left side navigation, you should see your new configuration in the list. Click on it.
Export and you are done.
