Is your headset not working as expected during your Skype calls?
Then go to “General setup for Logitech headset in Windows” and follow the steps. If the headset is still not working, go further with these instructions.
1. In Skype’s user interface, click on the “Tools” tab and select “Options” (at the bottom of the list).
2. Once you get to the settings manager (image below), click on the option ”Audio settings” and make sure that your headset is set for both the microphone and the speakers. Finally, check if the volume of both devices is on and click “Save” to apply your changes.
3. Try using your headset again by making a test call. If it’s still not working, try restarting your computer. If the issue persists, contact the responsible person on the IT team.
