Is your headset not working properly while you are using Zoiper?
Then go to â€œGeneral setup for Logitech headset in Windowsâ€ and follow the steps. If the headset is still not working, go further with these instructions.
1. In Zoiperâ€™s user interface, click on the â€œSettingsâ€ dropdown list and select the option â€œAudio wizardâ€.
2. In the Audio wizard, click on the option â€œSpeakersâ€ and select the option: â€œSpeakers (Logitech USB Headset)â€ by clicking on the small circles. Then click â€œOKâ€ to confirm your changes.
3. Then click on the next option, â€œMicrophoneâ€, and make sure that the option: â€œMicrophone (Logitech USB Headset)â€ is selected. Click on â€œOKâ€.
4. Try using your headset again. If itâ€™s still not working, try restarting your computer. If the issue persists, contact the responsible person on the IT team.
